CT River Museum September Wedding

Late September we designed the flowers for a stunning wedding held at the Connecticut River Museum in Essex which was recently featured on Style Me Pretty. The wedding was photographed by Julia Jane, coordinated by True Event, catered by Coastal Gourmet and Lighting Design by Ryan Designs.

The Ceremony took place in the idyllic Essex Town park overlooking the CT River. The bride requested bright pops of pink in the chuppah design to create contrast against all the green in the park, Hydrangeas and Garden Roses were included to add the vivid accents of color. The couple couldn’t have gotten luckier with the weather–it was a gorgeous warm day in the end of September!

A short walk or Trolley Ride down the street to the CT River Museum where a gorgeous Sperry Tent was filled with Chandeliers.The colors for the reception were more muted featuring Blush Pinks, Mauves, and Peaches. Cafe Au Lait Dahlias, Garden Roses,Sedum, Scabiosa Pods, Bunny Tails, Spray Roses and other seasonal blooms in glass pedestal vases with gold accents.
